GOAL & OBJECTIVE SETTING

This will encompass a full systems view of you and the environment in which you operate. We will explore goals to build individual expertise in leading teams and working in organizational settings.

DATA GATHERING

Once we agree on your goals, I’ll collect a set of objective and subjective data to set a baseline for coaching. These will include assessment tools and surveys and personal interviews with a 360 view from those with whom you work.

ACTION PLANNING & EXPERIMENTING

In this phase, we will focus on building and implementing strategies to address gaps between your current situation as determined in phase two and your goals from phase one.

MEASUREMENT & VALIDATION OF RESULTS

I’ll gather feedback from key stakeholders on your achievement of goals through interviews with key stakeholders and agreed-upon metrics.

The process will include interviews and updates with sponsors or supervisors and additional testing (or retesting) if necessary. Expect this process to occur with approximately 12 sessions. The span of time will vary, depending on your objectives and company situation.

 

When I work with clients, I prefer an initial face to face meeting at your place of business or at my New York City office (that includes an outdoor space for warmer months). After the initial meeting, we can work in person, over telephone, or via Skype or Zoom.
